What we treat

 
  • From worry to panic attacks to phobias to obsessive-compulsive disorder, we treat all forms of anxiety. You can learn to work with the thoughts, emotions, and sensations of fear in a new way and regain a sense of freedom.

  • If you struggle with depression or are concerned with impulsivity, strong emotions, and low self-worth, you are welcome here. We will help you find a sense of vitality and peace.

  • You do not have to suffer from the aftermath of trauma. At Encompass, you will learn to trust yourself and others, while working through difficult memories, shame, and anger.

  • Whether you want to reconcile with estranged family members or grieve and accept the relationships you never had with your family, our team can help you navigate these complex relationships. It is possible to learn new ways to communicate, experience and manage emotions effectively during conflict, and thrive in your relationships.

  • We work with professionals struggling with imposter syndrome, burnout, and low motivation as well as students navigating a major life transition and new responsibilities.

  • Our team is skilled at helping you navigate the complexity of reproduction. You might be struggling to conceive, experiencing difficulties during and after pregnancy, or wanting support to understand your identity and emotions postpartum . Wherever you are in your journey, we will help you feel supported and learn helpful skills.
